A digitally native wellness brand headquartered in the US, selling across North America, Europe and beyond, and answerable to a listed parent. Growth had outrun the manual workflows and the single warehouse underneath it.

About the brand

Mindful living, non-negotiable operations.

Mindful Souls is a fast-growing wellness brand headquartered in the US and serving customers across North America, Europe and beyond, built on a commitment to mindful living and customer-centric fulfilment. As a subsidiary of the publicly listed Vaibhav Global Limited, operational excellence was not optional. Rapid growth exposed the gaps anyway: fragmented inventory, manual workflows, inconsistent SLAs and rising global fulfilment costs.

The challenge

Growth that outpaced the operation.

Order volumes surged. Manual processes and scattered inventory made fulfilment increasingly complex, and the hidden inefficiencies showed up exactly at peak. Seven constraints, grouped here into four.

01

Manual, everywhere

Order processing across marketplaces and D2C channels was manual, kitting was manual and error-prone, and accounting sat disconnected from operations.

02

No single inventory

There was no centralised, real-time inventory visibility across channels or locations.

03

Routing that cost money

Inefficient order routing meant higher shipping costs, and limited courier integrations hurt last-mile delivery.

04

SLAs at risk

Inconsistent SLA adherence risked marketplace penalties, at 75% adherence with breaches.

The solution

A lean backend for global multi-channel.

EasyEcom deployed a unified OMS and WMS with multi-currency and multi-region support, intelligent routing, automated kitting, an integration into Microsoft Dynamics 365, and a wider courier network. This is the loop.

Every channel — marketplaces, D2C, multi-currency
EasyEcom — one backend, two warehouses
Dynamics 365 — accounting in real time
Step 01 · Every channel

Order lands in any currency, any region

Orders from marketplaces and D2C channels across North America and Europe arrive in one queue, with multi-currency and multi-region support built in.

We reached a stage where our volume outgrew our capabilities, and we needed a system that could simplify ecommerce order and warehouse operations without adding chaos. EasyEcom helped us scale efficiently while controlling costs.
