Inventory health, stock availability and shipment status lived in different places. Nobody could confirm location-wise availability without asking someone.
A haircare brand running on third-party warehouses in three cities, Amazon FBA on top, and a WMS and an OMS that had never been introduced to each other. Here is what integrating them did.
video_yt and the frame follows the asset's own shape.Anveya is a personal beauty and haircare brand founded in 2018 by Vivek Singh and Saurav Patnaik, named for the positive affirmation they wanted the company to stand for. Its products are built on preserving natural purity and on conscious, eco-friendly living, with a blog of wellness tips and DIY recipes alongside. It sells through offline stores, its own website and the marketplaces, on a third-party multi-warehouse model: a central warehouse for B2B and marketplace orders in Gurugram, since extended to Kolkata and Bengaluru, with Amazon FBA layered on for reach. Stock in three cities, run by partners, sold everywhere. That is a lot to keep in one head.
Anveya had been running a warehouse system and an order system separately. Neither could see the whole operation, and orders could not be consolidated into a single report. The supply chain team was working around four gaps.
Inventory health, stock availability and shipment status lived in different places. Nobody could confirm location-wise availability without asking someone.
Without consolidated reporting, the team could not tell where inventory adjustments were needed, or where stock presence could be maximised.
Goods receipts at partner warehouses could not be confirmed digitally, so GRN accuracy depended on the partner and the phone.
With no inventory planning reports, meeting seasonal demand meant guessing how much to hold, and where.
What decided Anveya on EasyEcom was warehousing and order management integrated in one system, plus the granularity of the reporting. The sales report alone let the team see sales and orders for any window they chose. This is the loop that runs across three cities now.
An order from a store, the website, a marketplace or Amazon FBA arrives in one queue, against one inventory that spans all three partner warehouses.
The outcomes Anveya recorded on EasyEcom, from its first quarter on the platform through the following eighteen months.
Many of EasyEcom’s features were already in place at a time when eCommerce enablement was at its nascent stage. Presently, about 15 of us are active users. And what I liked best was the team’s solutioning approach to build a system that offered stability while processing heavy volumes of data. ~95% of the system tests well in user acceptance, system usage and quality compliance, making it a software for eCommerce sellers whose order and sales volume both experience surges in line with seasonal demand!
