Xero is a great ledger and a poor warehouse. EasyEcom sits above it: one live stock pool across Amazon, Shopify, retail and every warehouse you run, orders routed and shipped, payouts reconciled line by line. All of it then posts into Xero as clean invoices, bills and inventory movements. Nobody exports a CSV again.

EasyEcom runs the operation. Xero keeps the books. Neither gets typed in twice.
| Data | Direction | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Sales & invoices | EE → Xero | Orders from every channel land in Xero as invoices, with tax codes already applied. |
| Stock on hand | EE → Xero | One pooled quantity across every warehouse and channel, written back as a single number. |
| Inventory valuation & COGS | EE → Xero | Movements posted against the inventory, COGS and income accounts you map. |
| Purchase orders & bills | EE ⇄ Xero | Receiving against a PO raises the bill — no second round of data entry. |
| Marketplace payouts | EE → Xero | Settlements broken into revenue, commission, shipping and fees, so the bank feed actually matches. |
| Returns & credit notes | EE → Xero | Refunds and restocks reconciled against the original invoice. |
| Contacts, items & pricing | Xero ⇄ EE | Master data flows both ways so the catalog and the ledger never drift apart. |
A marketplace settlement is one deposit hiding dozens of fees. EasyEcom splits every payout into its parts and posts them, so the Xero bank feed reconciles instead of sitting in suspense.
Multi-warehouse stock, bins and barcodes, batch and expiry, pick paths, cycle counts: the physical layer that accounting software does not attempt.
No migration and no new accounting system. Xero remains the ledger; EasyEcom simply stops it being filled in by hand.
Authorize Xero in a click. Standard OAuth, with nothing extra to license.
Match items, tax rates and the inventory, COGS and income accounts. We do the first pass with you.
Sales, stock moves and payouts post themselves as they happen. Month-end stops being a project.
Xero connects to banks, payment processors and a large app marketplace covering payroll, expenses, CRM and ecommerce. What it does not do natively is run multichannel selling: one stock pool across marketplaces, a storefront and several warehouses. EasyEcom provides that operational layer and posts the results into Xero, so Xero stays your ledger and gains an operations system underneath it.
There are connectors that push Shopify sales into Xero, but they only move the accounting entries. They do not manage stock across your other channels or warehouses. EasyEcom syncs live inventory and orders with Shopify and every marketplace you sell on, then posts the sales, inventory movements and invoices into Xero, so the store and the ledger can never disagree.
Not for operations on its own. Marketplace connectors typically import settlement totals into Xero, which leaves the fees, commission and returns buried in a single deposit. EasyEcom connects to Amazon, eBay, Walmart and the rest, syncs stock to each of them, then posts each payout into Xero broken down into revenue, commission, shipping and fees.
No. Xero is accounting software: a very good general ledger with invoicing, bank reconciliation and reporting. An ERP additionally runs inventory, warehousing, purchasing and fulfillment as connected processes. Most growing ecommerce businesses do not need to replace Xero with an ERP; they need an operations platform above it. That is what EasyEcom does.
Manually it means unpicking one deposit into sales, commission, FBA fees, refunds and shipping before it will match. EasyEcom reconciles the settlement automatically: every line matched against the orders it belongs to, discrepancies flagged rather than absorbed, and posts the finished breakdown into Xero ready to reconcile against the bank feed.
Stock syncs to every sales channel in under 60 seconds. Postings into Xero are near real time, so the ledger follows the warehouse instead of waiting for a month-end export.
