Tally integration.

Most Indian ecommerce teams still bridge Tally with an export, a template and somebody's evening. EasyEcom removes the bridge: marketplace and storefront sales post into Tally as vouchers with their GST detail intact, purchases and returns follow the same path, and stock stays accurate across every warehouse without a second entry.

Why it matters

Why the export has to go

Books that follow the warehouse

Vouchers arrive as the activity happens, not in a batch someone remembers to run on the last working day of the month.

Tax detail that survives the trip

Rate, place of supply and party detail travel with the voucher, so what lands in Tally is what the filing needs.

Tally stays exactly where it is

No migration and no new accounting system. Tally keeps the books; EasyEcom just stops them being typed in by hand.

How it connects

How does EasyEcom connect to Tally?

01

Connect

A connector for Tally Prime and Tally.ERP 9 over Tally's own XML interface. Nothing custom to maintain.

02

Map once

Match stock items, ledgers, tax rates and voucher types. Our team walks the ledger setup through with you.

03

It just runs

Vouchers post themselves as orders ship and stock moves, with a full audit trail behind each one.

Works with Tally Prime & Tally.ERP 9 · also NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Xero & Sage · near real-time · SOC 2 & GDPR-aligned.
FAQ

Common questions

How do I integrate Tally with my ecommerce channels?

Through EasyEcom rather than channel-to-Tally directly. EasyEcom connects to your marketplaces and storefront, runs the orders and the warehouse, then posts the resulting sales, purchases and stock movements into Tally as vouchers, so no channel needs its own bridge.

Does EasyEcom post GST detail into Tally?

Yes. Tax rate, place of supply and party detail travel with each voucher, so what lands in Tally carries the detail your filing needs rather than a net figure someone has to break down later.

Does it work with Tally Prime and Tally.ERP 9?

Both. The connector uses Tally's own XML interface, so there is no custom build to maintain and nothing to re-certify when you upgrade.

Can EasyEcom keep stock accurate across multiple warehouses in Tally?

Yes. EasyEcom holds the live pooled count across every warehouse and sales channel and writes the consolidated quantity back, so Tally is not trying to be the real-time inventory system.

Do we still need to export data from anywhere?

No. Sales, purchases, returns and adjustments all post automatically. The export-and-template routine is exactly what the integration removes.

Do we have to move off Tally?

No. Tally stays the books. EasyEcom runs the operational layer above it and feeds it. No migration is involved.
