NetSuite inventory management.

NetSuite knows what your inventory is worth and which subsidiary owns it. What it does not do well is keep that number true while eight sales channels and four warehouses move stock every minute. EasyEcom runs the live layer: one pooled count, bins and barcodes on the floor, orders routed and picked. Every movement posts back into NetSuite as it happens.

Why it matters

What NetSuite does not do on its own

A count that survives eight channels

NetSuite reflects what it is told. EasyEcom pools Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, retail and every warehouse into one live number and pushes it to each channel in under 60 seconds.

The floor layer, without the module fee

Bins, barcodes, batch and wave picking, optimized pick paths, cycle counts and quality checks, running natively rather than bolted on.

Accuracy you can actually audit

Every movement carries a reason, a location and a user. When the ledger and the shelf disagree, you can see exactly where they parted company.

How it connects

How does EasyEcom connect to NetSuite?

01

Connect

A native connector over SuiteTalk. No custom SuiteScript for you to maintain or re-certify.

02

Map once

Match items, subsidiaries, locations and the accounts each movement should hit. Our team configures that with you.

03

It just runs

Stock moves post themselves as they happen, so the ERP follows the warehouse instead of a nightly batch.

Works with NetSuite ERP & OneWorld · SuiteTalk connector · also NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage & Tally · near real-time · SOC 2 & GDPR-aligned.
FAQ

Common questions

Does NetSuite have inventory management?

Yes, and it is genuinely strong at the accounting end: valuation, costing, multi-subsidiary ownership and demand planning. Where teams hit the wall is operational: keeping one accurate count across many sales channels in real time, and running the physical work of bins, barcodes and picking. EasyEcom adds that layer and posts every movement back.

What is the difference between NetSuite inventory and a WMS?

NetSuite tracks what you own and what it is worth. A WMS runs what happens to it: where each unit sits, who picked it, in what sequence, against which order. NetSuite can tell you there are 400 units in a location; a WMS tells you which shelf, which batch, and which expiry goes out first.

Can EasyEcom keep NetSuite inventory accurate across marketplaces?

That is the core of it. Every channel sells from one pooled count. The moment an order lands anywhere, EasyEcom deducts it and pushes updated availability to every other channel within 60 seconds, then writes the movement into NetSuite. The ERP is never the last to know.

Do we have to replace NetSuite?

No, and you should not. NetSuite stays the system of record for finance, subsidiaries and reporting. EasyEcom sits in front of it and stops it from being fed by hand. There is no migration and no second ledger.

Does this work with NetSuite OneWorld and multiple subsidiaries?

Yes. Subsidiaries and locations are mapped explicitly, so stock, fulfillments and adjustments post against the right entity. Warehouses serving more than one subsidiary are handled without mixing the books.

How fast does inventory sync?

Under 60 seconds to every connected sales channel. Postings into NetSuite are near real time, so valuation follows the warehouse rather than waiting for a batch job.
