NetSuite ecommerce integration.

NetSuite is a formidable system of record and a slow place to run a marketplace business. EasyEcom sits in front of it: one live stock pool across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify and retail, orders routed and picked on the floor, then fulfillments, invoices and inventory movements written straight back into NetSuite. No custom SuiteScript to maintain.

Why it matters

Why put EasyEcom in front of NetSuite?

Marketplace speed, ERP discipline

Marketplaces move faster than an ERP release cycle. EasyEcom absorbs the channel churn so NetSuite is not re-scripted every time a marketplace changes its API.

A warehouse layer NetSuite charges extra for

Bins, barcodes, batch and expiry, wave and batch picking, cycle counts and optimized pick paths, running on the floor and feeding NetSuite the finished movements.

Your ERP stays the system of record

No migration and no replacement. NetSuite keeps finance, subsidiaries and reporting; EasyEcom keeps it from being fed by hand.

FAQ

Common questions

What is a NetSuite ecommerce integration?

It is the connection between NetSuite and the places you actually sell: marketplaces, your storefront and retail. A complete one moves items and inventory down from NetSuite, brings orders in with the correct customer, subsidiary and tax mapping, and writes fulfillments, invoices and stock movements back. EasyEcom provides that connection and runs the warehouse operations in between.

Does NetSuite integrate with Shopify?

Not natively in a way that covers operations. NetSuite can receive Shopify orders through a connector, but that still leaves inventory accuracy, order routing and warehouse execution unsolved. EasyEcom syncs live stock to Shopify and every marketplace, routes and picks each order, then posts the sales order, fulfillment and invoice into NetSuite.

Does NetSuite integrate with Amazon?

Through a connector, and the same limits apply. The hard part is not importing the order, it is keeping FBA and seller-fulfilled stock accurate and turning a settlement into entries NetSuite can reconcile. EasyEcom holds FBA and your own warehouses as one pool and posts each settlement broken into revenue, commission and fees.

Can EasyEcom handle NetSuite order management?

Yes. That is the point of putting it in front. Orders from every channel are pooled, routed to the warehouse or store that can meet the promise, split across locations where that is faster, picked and shipped, and only then written into NetSuite as sales orders, fulfillments and invoices.

Do we need custom SuiteScript to make this work?

No. The connector runs over SuiteTalk with configuration rather than code, so there is nothing bespoke for your team to maintain, re-test after a NetSuite upgrade, or re-certify. Mapping of items, subsidiaries, locations, tax codes and accounts is done once, with our team.

How fast does inventory sync between NetSuite and our channels?

Stock syncs to every sales channel in under 60 seconds. Postings into NetSuite are near real time, so the ERP follows the warehouse rather than waiting for a nightly batch.
