BENGALURU — EasyEcom has launched EasyVMS, a video management system that ties warehouse camera footage directly to orders. Cameras at packing, return and inward-outward stations record continuously; EasyVMS tags each clip to its order ID automatically, with no manual filing.
When a marketplace dispute lands: an item-not-received claim, a return that comes back wrong, a damaged-in-transit chargeback. The seller searches the order ID and the packing and return footage plays side by side with the order details, ready to export as an evidence pack formatted for the marketplace’s own dispute process.
Forward and return videos are stored on EasyEcom’s servers and retained against the order record, turning what used to be a he-said-she-said refund into a documented decision.
