BENGALURU — EasyEcom has launched EasyReco, an automated reconciliation engine that closes the gap between what marketplaces owe sellers and what actually lands in the bank.
EasyReco ingests settlement files and bank feeds directly — no exports, no spreadsheet lookups — and matches each payout line to the originating order. Variances are scored the moment a payout posts: commission overcharges, logistics-fee errors, payment overdue and leakages each route into a recovery queue with the supporting evidence attached, down to auto-ticketing with the marketplace.
The same engine reconciles returns: disputed deliveries, SLA breaches, in-transit losses and bad inventory are flagged against the order record, so finance teams close the month from one screen instead of a dozen settlement reports.
