Until now, outbound QC reasons configured in EasyEcom were not available in the QC dropdown when orders were processed through 3PL locations. This created inconsistencies between warehouse and 3PL workflows, making it difficult to maintain standardized quality control practices across fulfillment operations.
We've now extended QC Reason Support to 3PL Order Processing. Configured outbound QC reasons are now available during the QC process for orders fulfilled through 3PL locations, ensuring that quality checks follow the same process regardless of where an order is being fulfilled.
