New feature- Streamlined Return Management for Pending Returns
Users can now create pending return requests for which the physical delivery to the warehouse location is expected in the future. This organizes the return process and maintains count accuracy and uniformity.
System users can view the uploaded orders through the pending returns report.
To access the report, navigate to the + icon>> Select the option to create pending return>> download template>> fill in the details >> Upload.
