The upgraded Order Aging Report further helps you easily keep track of customer orders that are not yet shipped.
The report now includes:
- Order processing batch code to track if there are multiple orders in a batch that are not processed, and take timely corrective actions to fulfill orders
- Tracking number to easily filter and track orders
- QC confirmed time to identify the time difference between order import and inventory QC confirm
- Order confirmed date to identify the total time delay between order confirmation and order’s current status (pending, assigned, etc.)
