To help you seamlessly track the exact time of return item shelving, the system now provides you with an automated Item-wise Return Report.
For example, if a customer returns 10 shirts and 2 pairs of trousers, the system will record the putaway timestamp for each shirt and trousers separately.
This will help you timely identify putaway delays, and in turn, ensure that returned items are assigned shelves at the earliest and added back across channels if they meet your quality standard.
To view a downloadable Item-wise return report, go to “Reports >> Reports Dashboard” and select “Item Wise Return Report”.
Then you need to simply enter your return date duration and run the report.
