To further speed up your shipment process, the system now enables easy tracking of shipment errors.
In order to track the shipment for an order, click on its Order ID and go to the “Shipping” tab.
Here, you can identify the “Latest Shipment Generation Error” and take necessary action to fulfill the customer order timely.
