The upgraded sales report now records sales channels used by your customers to place their orders. With the easy identification of sales channel details, your team can devise effective sales strategies to further improve wholesale sales volume.
To view sales channel details, go to “Report >> Sales Details Report” and select Invoice Type as “Business Order”.
Please note that, to view sales channels details in the report, you need to first record the channel details in the “Customer Master”.
To add sales channels details, first select “Edit Company Details”.
Then add a Sales Channel from the drop-down options.
