Feature Enhancement: Upgraded Pending Return Report

The upgraded Pending Report will now record the return reason and Return to Origin (RTO) delivered date. 

This will help you:

  • Easily track return reasons like product damaged in shipment, wrong product shipped, shipped at wrong address, etc and take necessary actions to avoid returns in future. 
  • Easily keep track of orders that are returned back at your warehouse (RTOs).
