Feature Enhancement: Update Multiple Quality Check (QC) status in Bulk

Perform quality check of goods inwarded in bulk

Earlier, your warehouse team had to perform Quality Check for each product in case they chose to skip QC check during the GRN process.

For example, let us say you have received 10 units of products Shirt 1 and Shirt 2. If your team skips QC check during the GRN process they will have to perform quality checks for each product individually.

The upgraded system functionality now provides you with the option to update QC Pass status, for products received at your warehouse, in bulk. This helps you to reduce the time involved in the QC process and ensure that products get listed across channels at the earliest. 

Continuing with the same example, you can bulk update QC Pass status for all the SKU codes in a single go. 

In order to do that, in the Purchase Orders section, first select “Complete GRN”.

Then select “Bulk QC”. 

Once you click on it you will be redirected to the Quality Check section. 

Please note that Bulk QC updates the QC status as “Pass” for all products. 

In case a product does not meet your quality requirements you have to manually set its status as “Fail” and then bulk update status for remaining products. 

For example, if one unit Shirt 2 does not meet your quality standards, you need to manually record it as QC Fail. The remaining products, i.e 10 units of Shirt 1 and 9 units of Shirt 2 will be recorded as QC pass inventory once you click on “Bulk QC”.
