To avoid extra shipment charges levied by carrier partners, the system now enables you to share accurate product packaging dimensions with your carrier partners.
In order to share correct packaging details with carrier partners, on the “New Orders” section, select packaging box material from the drop-down options against a specific order.
The packaging dimensions of the selected packaging material will be shared with your carrier partner once you “Confirm” order shipment.
