01About this statement
This statement describes the steps EasyEcom takes to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in its business and supply chain. It is published voluntarily, in the spirit of section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, for the financial year 2025-26.
02Our business
EasyEcom builds and operates commerce operations software: order management, warehouse management, reconciliation and video verification, used by 1,800+ brands and 3PLs across 12+ countries. We are headquartered in Bengaluru, India, with offices in Delhi, Atlanta (USA) and Dubai (UAE). We employ professional staff directly, primarily in engineering, product, sales and customer success. We do not manufacture goods and do not operate warehouses of our own.
03Our supply chain
Our supply chain is short and largely digital: cloud infrastructure and software vendors, professional services, and office and facilities services at our locations. We assess the inherent risk of modern slavery in this supply chain as low, and we treat facilities services and any contracted support work as the areas deserving the closest attention.
04Policies
Our approach rests on:
- A code of conduct that prohibits forced, bonded or child labor in any part of our business
- Fair, direct recruitment: no recruitment fees are charged to any candidate, and right-to-work checks are completed for every hire
- A whistleblowing route through which staff can raise concerns confidentially and without retaliation
- The expectation, communicated to suppliers, that they meet the same standards in their own operations
05Due diligence
We concentrate our vendor spend with established providers that publish their own modern slavery and labor-standards commitments. New vendors are reviewed before onboarding, and facilities and services contracts at our offices are reviewed for fair-work practices.
06Training and awareness
People involved in procurement and people operations are briefed on the risks of modern slavery and on how to escalate a concern. Nothing was escalated during the period covered by this statement.
07Review and approval
This statement is reviewed annually and was approved by the EasyEcom leadership team for FY 2025-26.
