01Our roles under the GDPR
For visitors to easyecom.io and for the contact details you share with our sales and marketing teams, EasyEcom is the data controller. For the commerce data our customers run through the platform, buyer names, addresses and order details, EasyEcom is a data processor acting on the customer's instructions under our Data Processing Addendum. The Privacy Policy describes both sets of processing in full.

03Your rights
Under the GDPR you can:
- Access the personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy
- Correct inaccurate data and complete incomplete data
- Ask us to erase data, or to restrict how we use it
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time
- Withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent, without affecting earlier processing
- Complain to your supervisory authority
04Exercising your rights
Email privacy@easyecom.io from the address your request concerns. We respond within one month. If your data reached us through an EasyEcom customer, for example as a buyer of a brand that ships with EasyEcom, we will pass your request to that customer, who controls the data.
05International transfers
EasyEcom operates from India, the United States and the UAE, and serves customers across 12+ countries. Transfers out of the EEA and the UK are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum, as set out in the DPA. Processing locations are listed on the subprocessors page.
06Other privacy laws
The same standards carry across the other regimes that apply to us, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA. Region-specific disclosures live in the Privacy Policy.
08Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; every major browser lets you delete cookies for a single site. You can also opt out of individual tools directly: Google Analytics opt-out, Hotjar do-not-track, and Google ads settings. Blocking essential cookies can stop parts of the site from working.
