Manual PO and ASN creation
Teams were spending more time on labour-intensive purchase order and advance shipping notice creation than on the work those documents were supposed to trigger.
A national footwear name, a warehouse network spanning the country, and SAP holding the books. Underneath all of it, no warehouse management system. Here is what changed when one went in.

Four decades on from a two-brother start-up, Relaxo is a category leader in slippers, sandals and athletic wear. Through Relaxo, Sparx, Flite and Bahamas, it is close to synonymous with everyday comfort in India. Its own retail floor, the marketplaces, a direct-to-consumer website and an export arm run with Alexis Global all pull from the same shelves. Growth was arriving on every channel at once, and the warehouse network underneath was being asked to absorb all of it by hand.
Relaxo was scaling faster than its warehouse processes could carry. Without a WMS, inward and outward movement was held together by manual effort, and four problems kept compounding.

Critical connections into the ERP simply weren't there, which blocked visibility of inventory, sales and order performance at exactly the moment volume was rising.
Without serialisation, stock consumed team bandwidth to track and made picking inefficient. The floor was working harder to achieve less.
There was no way to mark outward inventory movement on a First Manufactured First Out basis, so the oldest stock wasn't reliably the stock that shipped first.
Rather than replace what worked, our solutioning team examined Relaxo's existing processes and proposed roughly 5% additional customisation to the inwarding workflows. The result is a closed loop: SAP hands off, EasyEcom runs the floor, and the floor reports back.
A data flow was created from SAP into EasyEcom so purchase orders and advance shipping notices arrive automatically. That removed the manual creation step that was eating the inwarding team's day.
Relaxo’s teams were confident on the system within days of onboarding, not months. These are the outcomes the team recorded afterwards.

Serialised inventory, batch and expiry tracking, barcoding, optimised pick paths and scan-based paperless operations.
