Accessibility Statement

01Our commitment

We want every operator, on any device or assistive technology, to be able to use easyecom.io. We build toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and this site is currently partially conformant with that standard: most content conforms, with the exceptions listed under known limitations. Accessibility is part of routine engineering work, not a separate project.

02What is in place

Measures currently implemented on this site include:

• Color contrast audited against WCAG AA across the site, including the 3:1 rule for large text
• A minimum readable text size and enlarged tap targets on mobile, including navigation, footer links and carousel controls
• Keyboard-navigable menus: the mega menus open on focus as well as hover, and the mobile menu is fully operable by keyboard
• Semantic landmarks (including skip links and a main region on every page in this set) and descriptive link text
• Alternative text on informative images, and aria-hidden on the decorative ones
• Respect for reduced-motion preferences: animations, auto-panning scenes and scroll effects are disabled when your system asks for less motion
• Forms with visible labels, helper text and error states

03Known limitations

We know about, and are working through, the following:

• Some interactive product demonstrations are visual by nature; the surrounding copy carries the same information in text
• A small number of decorative badge elements sit below AA contrast and are scheduled for correction
• Some older downloadable documents have not yet been remediated for screen readers

04The EasyEcom platform

This statement covers the easyecom.io website. Accessibility of the EasyEcom application itself is tracked on the product roadmap, and customers can raise specific needs with their success manager.

05Testing

We test on current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, at mobile and desktop sizes, using a combination of automated contrast and structure audits and manual keyboard checks.

If anything on this site is hard to use with your setup, tell us and we will fix it or provide the content in another form. We aim to respond within a few business days.
